Our refund policy only covers initial inquiries not carried out within the period of 14 (fourteen) days, with the possibility of refund decreasing after this period has elapsed.
Furthermore, when it is possible and possible to identify that the appointment was made by a person under 18 years of age, and in view of our Privacy Policy, we will refund the amounts immediately, the time eventually spent for bank processing should not be considered.
That said, apart from the preceding cases, there is no refund policy for any actions or measures to be initiated or completed when performing intellectual work of a legal or extrajudicial nature related to the scope of work of Monte Consultancy, since the Code of Defense of Consumer – CDC – is not applicable to contractual relationships between clients and lawyers, which are governed by the Statute of the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB, approved by Law n. 8,906/94.
